Rod looks to be roughly 5 feet tall. Packaging does have a small rip in the plastic right where reel is, but is still great shape with no damage, and also has ring ties on line to show its new. The box has came open at bottom, so it is possible to remove rod, but you can tell that nothing been used.
Rod is mostly black, but has orange stripes where the eyelet's are. Also, if you plan on using this, it may be a good idea to change out the line, as I can imagine that its pretty stiff and brittle after being wound around reel for over 30 years. Vintage new old stock Spinit rod and reel combo.
