I have taken many photos for your review. The Reel cranks and it is fairly smooth other than the grind. You are buying on a used Penn Spinning Reel 450ss made in the usa.

I would rate it as a 3 to 4 on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 as mint for appearance due to the nicks and scratches that you can see. I am listing it as used for parts because of its overall appearance plus I do feel a little grind when you crank the handle.

This means it does have some wear internally. Ask any questions before buying. It does work in that the bail flips each time, and the drag and anti reverse work as they should.

The drag does get tight.
