The reel appears to be unused, but I cannot confirm this so its being listed as used. I also found a tiny notch in the metal near spool see images, and some minor dirt/dust on reel handle. I have re-taped the Okuma box closed. This reel is in the original Okuma Flite Surf Spinning Reel FLS35-12000A box, which has some visible cosmetic damage to it.

The reel is in a clear plastic baggy and the handle small bubble-wrap bag. The reel itself appears to be in great condition with just some minor dirt/debris, along a few fingerprints from inspecting the item.
