This is the right-handed model with 5.0:1 gear ratio. I replaced the piece with a small round of metal as instructed by reel repairman. It is spooled with Berkeley Big Game 15-pound test line. Reel comes with the original box and paperwork from Shimano.

You are looking at a Shimano Bantam Curado CU-200B5 bait casting fishing reel. Reel is also missing the small copper piece that goes inside spool drag cap. I've made casts with the replacement piece and reel seems to cast normally. This reel is missing the small cap that goes over handle nut as seen in pictures, but this does not affect operation of.
