Let all of the pictures be final judge condition. If you remove the side and just start to nudge lever it springs right back. I took it apart and the inside was a bit gummed up removed much of but this reel needs to be taken apart, cleaned, lubed think will fine am selling for parts. It is also missing the one screw on handle side and nut cover.
It reels smoothly, the spool spins, level wind moves back and forth drag seems fine.
