The reel is in very good cosmetic condition. Includes box and instructions. This is an Okuma High Performance Left Hand Crank Tormenta TT-266WLX. The thumb bar depresses but not smoothly.

I suspect that it is missing a bearing but cannot say for sure as I'm not an expert at reel repair. Adjusting the drag does not have an impact on issue.
